Gentlemen;
Yesterday, October 7, 2015, your company, as prearranged, sent two men to close my pool for the season for the first ever being at my home. They showed up 15 minutes early and went right to work as if they had been closing my pool for the past 25 years. They were extremely organized and professional in the work they were scheduled to do and never stopped once until the job was completed. I was so impressed that I felt I had to put my experience in writing to you so these two gentlemen can be properly complimented.
