       Dear Brian:

           Thank you very much for stopping at our home to look at and talk to us regarding replacing our pool liner this year. As I told you, our pool was installed in 1980 by another pool company and we do not know if they still exist anymore. We have been so very fortunate to have chosen a legacy pool and that is why we did research to find a company in this area that deals in the legacy pool.
We must tell you, the condition of our 29 year old steel legacy is remarkable. We have no rust or any deterioration to the structure of the pool. We have come to you as a legacy dealer to replace what is the original liner to our pool. We would like to extend to you, the offer of letting anyone you may wish to bring to our home to view our new liner so they can appreciate what we consider to be the best quality structure on market today and twenty nine years ago. We had considered a polymer pool but are so grateful we took the path we did.

                         Hi Brian. Alexa Budihas here. I've been a customer of yours for the past two years. I'm writing to tell you how great two people are in your company: Eric, who usually opens and closes my pool with his partner, and Nancy in the store. These two people are enormous assets to your organization. They are the ones meeting with those who use your services and buy your products, "in the field," so to speak, and you couldn't have two better representatives.

I had never owned a home that required taking care of a pool before, and although I was extremely excited about it, I was a little apprehensive, feeling overwhelmed that I wouldn't be doing it all right, taking care of what I needed to in order to make it run smoothly and correctly. They both have been so incredibly patient with me.


Eric and Nancy both are extremely knowledgeable. I could ask them anything and they would know the answer. I had a problem with a very bad strain of algae the summer I first bought the house, and Nancy worked with me over a period of probably two weeks to get rid of it. When Eric came to replace my multiport valve this year, the replacement was damaged (something I bought from NAMCO, and I will never buy anything from there again . . .) and he actually offered to talk to NAMCO when I went to purchase a functioning replacement so that they knew what was wrong with it. These two people go above and beyond the call for your customers, and for that reason I will never use any other company.

They are both patient, kind, knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, and delightfully amiable representative for you, and I appreciate them greatly and look forward to seeing them each season. As I said, they are both enormous assets for you, and they are to be commended beyond measure.
