Dear Mr Juliano:
I just wanted you to know how pleased we were
with the installation of our
new pool. It is not often
that you find contractors
who put customer service
high on their priority list. From start to finish, the entire project went very smoothly, and we were impressed with the professionalism, hard work, and attention to detail exhibited by all of your crews throughout all phases of construction. Everyone showed up on time and everything was completed on schedule. You never gave us any reason to believe that the job wasn't being done to the highest standards. I especially liked the fact that Russ kept us informed almost daily, on what was involved in each phase, and when the work would take place. This really goes a long way to put your mind at ease on a project of this size.
I also wanted to thank you for your recommendation on fencing and concrete subcontractors. Mancini Pool Decks did an outstanding job on the patio, and they were genuinely concerned about giving me exactly what I wanted. (They were also a lot of fun to watch.) Their work ethic is nothing short of exceptional. CT Valley Fence installed our fence flawlessly, and was extremely receptive to all my concerns and design changes. They obviously give customer service the highest priority. The fence looks fabulous and the price was very competitive. All things considered, an absolutely outstanding job all the way around. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend either one of these contractors to people I know.We have continually received compliments from friends and family that have seen the finished product, and when they ask who did the work, we are pleased to say "Juliano's built our pool".Sincerely,

From the perfectly manicured planting beds highlighted
with stone and (working!) low-voltage lighting to the beautiful
paver walkway and re-mulched beds our yard is breathtaking!
The re-grading and piping helps tremendously to keep it all
from washing away. All of this rain has put it to the test!

I just wanted to thank you for your prompt and professional service
in taking care of my loose handrail problem. The aluminum inserts worked perfectly, and the rail is now rock solid. Sorry that I took so long to get back to you. I just wanted my son to tug on it for a couple of weeks to see if it would loosen up - - - it didn't. Again, I really do appreciate the service I get from you guys.
