We also offer services to make sure that your pools and spas are in-line with state and federal regulations required by law. Recently the Federal Government passed the "Virginia Graeme Baker Pool & Spa Safety Act" which will go into effect December 19, 2008, stating that all public pools and spas be in compliance with anti-entrapment drain covers. Also public pools and spas with a single main drain (other than an unblockable drain) must be quipped with one complying anti-entrapment device or system that conforms to the ASME/ANSI 112. 19. 17 performance standard.
